The Download App will be retiring in April 2024 now that our TravelMaster App has a Quick Sync Button which allows customers to easily load tickets bought on our website to smartcards.
The Download App revolutionised public transport tickets back in 2019 and transformed the way we travel in South Yorkshire. However, as technology continues to advance, the new TravelMaster App has helpful new features plus the added bonus of easy ticket syncing which makes the Download App redundant and outdated. Technology has come a long way and we're keeping up with the times.
It's time to bid farewell to the Download App and upgrade to our TravelMaster App to enjoy seamless travel in South Yorkshire.
