Meadowhall Motorfest

This summer, Motorfest will be hosted by Meadowhall – an automotive extravaganza in support of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
Whether you're a fan of sleek supercars, vintage classics, motorbikes or even tractors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Visitors can get up close to some incredible vehicles and explore emergency service displays – perfect for kids who love fire engines and police cars! Little ones can also meet Lightning McQueen and the Batmobile, while the whole family can enjoy live music, arts and crafts, and plenty of hands-on fun throughout the day.
Best of all, every penny raised goes to Bluebell Wood, helping provide vital care and support for children and families who need it most.
Light Up the Lake
Date: Saturday 27 September 2025
Location: Rother Valley Country Park
Experience a truly special evening at Light Up the Lake – a heartfelt event where families come together to remember and celebrate loved ones.
As the sun sets, personalised lanterns gently float across the water, accompanied by music and a beautiful screen display of cherished photos. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly occasion filled with reflection and connection.
The event supports Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, which provides vital care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Anyone can dedicate a lantern in memory of someone special by making a donation, with all proceeds going directly to support the hospice’s incredible work.
What Tickets Are Eligible?
You can use your 5% discount on the following 1-day QR mTickets: CityBus, CityWide, SYBus, & SYConnect.
The codes are valid for one week before each event to buy tickets in advance. Next, redeem the code and get your travel ticket in 4 easy steps.
Get the TravelMaster App
Download the TravelMaster App from the App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play (for Android users). Then sign in or create an account – it only takes a minute!
Choose Your Ticket
Open the app and tap ‘Tickets’ at the bottom. Then tap the ticket icon in the top right to access your Mobile Tickets wallet and tap ‘Get Tickets’.
Choose your travel zone, travel mode, and your 1-day QR ticket (like CityWide or SYBus).
Add the Discount Code
In the ‘Coupon Code’ tab, pop in your event discount code and hit ‘Apply’.
You’ll see your 5% discount applied right away!
Pay & Travel
Finish your purchase and you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours.
When you’re ready to travel, just go to the Mobile Tickets Inbox in the app, tap ‘Activate’, and show your ticket to the driver or conductor (internet connection required).

1. Validity Period
Coupon codes are valid until 23:45 on the date of each event. To take advantage of the discount, the coupon code must be redeemed before the specified expiry time on the event day. Any coupon codes redeemed after the expiry date will not be accepted, and no discount will be applied.
2. Single Use Only
Each coupon code is valid for one use per person only. Once used, the coupon code will be deactivated, and it cannot be reused for any future purchases or events.
3. Unused Value
Any unused value associated with the coupon will not be refunded, exchanged, or carried over to future purchases or events. The coupon code must be redeemed in full before the expiry date, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
4. Redemption Restrictions
Coupons are exclusively valid for use in the TravelMaster App and cannot be redeemed in person, through any physical point of sale, or via any other platform, website, or service. The discount provided by the coupon is only applicable to the specific tickets selected within the App.
5. Discount Application
Coupon codes are provided solely for the purpose of offering a discount against the price of selected tickets. The coupon has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for anything other than the stated discount on the ticket price. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value.
6. Other Restrictions
Coupons may be subject to additional restrictions or exclusions, such as event-specific conditions or specific ticket types. It is the responsibility of the coupon holder to ensure the coupon is applicable to the event or ticket they wish to purchase.
7. Modification and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the coupon code offer at any time, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any outstanding coupon codes will become void, and no further claims or discounts will be accepted.
8. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse the use of any coupon codes if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any other form of improper use. We may also cancel any transaction or smartcard where a coupon code was used improperly.
