Commercial Assistant (Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months)

Salary: £19,100 - £21,895 per annum

37 hours per week


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to come and join our TravelMaster team.


As part of this role you will provide a high quality administrative, secretarial, data entry and first line customer services support for SCR Ticketing Company Limited trading as TravelMaster for the TravelMaster multi-operator ticketing scheme. As our ideal candidate you will have experience in a similar administration business support role, handling telephone enquiries/complaints and in data entry and producing reports.


The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard including English & Maths (or equivalent) and a good knowledge and working experience of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.


Additionally, you will need to have the following qualities:

• Administration skills

• Analytical and numeric skills

• Literacy skills

• Able to prioritise tasks and deliver according to predetermined timescales
