On Monday 02/08/2021 we launched the Flexi5 ticket type - and we're delighted to see you're all as excited about it as we are!
For those of you who have purchased the Flexi5 yesterday or today, you may have noticed that your ticket doesn't appear when you scan your card with the TravelMaster Download App. This isn't a reason to panic - your ticket is working just fine!
Whilst the Flexi5 tickets are currently not showing in the TravelMaster Download App, this is just a visual glitch which will be resolved with an upcoming App update. In the meantime, your ticket should be working correctly and the App glitch won't affect its use on-board.
