We know things are going to be a bit different over the festive period this year. So if you're still traveling remember to travel safely and responsibly by following all government guidelines.
Like previous years there will be changes to the services operators run; with some reductions or some dedicated services.

Ticket Validity
All our tickets are based on consecutive days of validity so make sure you've picked a suitable duration (consider 7-Day or 1-Day tickets) as tickets will not be extended or refunded for days when there are few or no public transport services.
Please make sure you check your service is operating before purchasing a ticket.
On Boxing Day special bus services funded by Buses for Sheffield will run in Sheffield between 7am and 7pm.
These services will be operated by First, Stagecoach and TM Travel and our tickets will be valid on board them.
Customer Services
We will have reduced customer support between the 25th December and 4th January which means our 0114 478 2266 phone line will be voicemail only and it may also take longer for us to respond to e-mails to enquiries@sytravelmaster.com.
We will be closed entirely on Christmas Day, the Boxing Day Bank Holiday on the 28th and New Years Day.
