Changes to Our Online Ticket Shop from 24 November 2025

For the past year, we’ve been working hard on a project to upgrade your Online Ticket Shop experience. Our goal has always been to make buying tickets easier and more convenient for you.
Unfortunately, we’ve recently been informed with limited notice that our current payment provider will stop their services on 24 November 2025. This decision was completely outside of our control, and it means we need to make some changes sooner than planned.
The current Online Ticket Shop was ground breaking when it launched back in 2017, but technology moves fast. Since June 2023, the TravelMaster App has been making ticket buying simpler and more flexible, and it’s now the best way to manage your travel.
What does this mean for you?
From 24 November, ticket and smartcard sales on our Online Ticket Shop will pause.
On-board pick-up will no longer be available.
18-22 Discount Cards will still be available to apply for through the website.
What is the TravelMaster App?
You can buy travel tickets quickly and conveniently using the TravelMaster App. The app provides access to our full range of tickets, allowing you to purchase them directly from your phone or from the comfort of your home TravelMaster App | TravelMaster

Why is this happening?
We didn’t want this change to happen so abruptly, but the decision by our payment provider left us with no choice. Since finding out we've been pulling out all the stops to try and keep this up and running but third-party decisions have not gone our way. We’re committed to bringing you an even better Online Ticket Shop experience in the future, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
